CGI クラスのフォームパラメータの取得に関する説明の前に，
「フォームパラメータは同じ名前で複数存在しうる」ことを書いておけば，
cgi[フィールド名] や cgi.params[フィールド名] がなぜ配列を返すのか理解しやすいと思います。
